A clear task in. Useful information back. How it works

Two ways to use Ringwit

A phone assistant you configure for your business, or phone access for an agent you already use.

01 / For business

Help with your
customer calls.

An assistant for incoming customer calls, using your approved service information. Collect requests and agree on follow-up.

  • Answers based on your approved information
  • A written summary of the customer's request
  • A clear hand-off when a person needs to help

Incoming-call routing and calendar booking are in development. Number forwarding, language and supported tasks will be agreed before a business pilot begins.

02 / For developers

Give your agent
a phone connection.

Start an approved call, check its progress and read the result through MCP or the CLI. Keep the phone task in your existing workflow.

  • MCP tools for calls, sessions and results
  • CLI previews before a call is confirmed
  • Access arranged for a defined pilot use case

MCP and CLI exist in the development build. Hosted connections are being prepared for the private pilot.

From a task to an answer

Agree on what the assistant can do before the first call. Keep decisions and follow-up in your hands.

  1. 01

    Define the task

Provide the questions, relevant context and any limits on what the assistant can agree to.

  2. 02

    Make the call

The assistant introduces itself as AI and follows the instructions set for that task.

  3. 03

    Read the result

See the answers, unresolved questions and any follow-up that still needs your attention.

Private pilot

What would you
like Ringwit to handle?

Tell us about your use case. We will review whether it fits the pilot and contact you about next steps.

Pilot scope, timing and pricing are agreed with you before access begins. Sending a request does not create an account, start a call or commit you to a purchase.

Useful to include

Whether you need incoming or outgoing calls, the language and what should happen after the conversation.

Please do not include customer records, phone numbers or sensitive information.

We use your details to respond to this enquiry. How we handle enquiry data.

Before you request access

Can I use Ringwit today?

We are preparing a private pilot. Tell us your use case and we will discuss what can be tested. There is no public self-service signup yet.

Can it book appointments?

Calendar booking is still in development. A captured appointment request is not a confirmed calendar booking. We will agree on the available functions before a pilot begins.

Does an agent need permission to place calls?

Yes. Calls are limited to approved pilot tasks and access is set up individually. The development CLI previews a call before the operator confirms it.
